The Girl was racing on Parrot’s back when she heard a voice. “Who are you?” The voice sounded low and male. “I’m Arianna.” She responded. The mysterious voice came out of the bushes. It was a teenage boy, a few years older than Arianna. He had a dodo as a companion and looked weak. Parrot hissed at him. “Easy Parrot” Arianna whispered, “He might not be a threat.” Parrot calmed down, a shiver of calmness rippled across Parrot’s body. “Another human!” The boy exclaimed. “What’s your name?” Arianna asked. “Oh I’m Ben” Ben said. “And this is S-.” He was cut short by a viscous roar coming from deeper in the forest. -Amazoniathejaguar thx for reading!
