Character POV and Description:

Shadow. Shadow has pitch black skin and hair. She has glowing white eyes, and a dark aura that flows around her like water. Her presence annoys others..

Where the Chapter takes Place

Earth. This chapter takes place in a lush forest on earth, with tall, green trees, massive bushes, and various animals lurking.

Three….years….later….

“WHY DID I AGREE TO THIS-”

Shadow screamed as she bolted down an alley

“I dunno, why DID you listen to me?”

“SHUT UP YOU LITTLE-”

She heard exclaiming behind her. Crap, someone saw her. She heard something about…slenderman? Huh? Whatever. She disappeared and reappeared on top of a roof, panting as she ran, hopping from rooftop to rooftop.

“...aw….you lost them…”

“SHUT UP FOR ONCE! WHY DID YOU EVEN GET ME TO THROW THAT ROCK AT THEM?!”

“Because it was funny? Who do you think I am, you? I’m not BORING!”

“AND I AM?!”

“Yes.”

“AGH- YOU ARE FRUSTRATING”

“I know! That's the point!

Dark One exclaimed cheerfully. Shadow just blocked Dark One out at that point. She collapsed against a wall, sliding down it to catch her breath…she HATED running.

“Hey chucklenuts-”

“Shut up.”

“...Moron lo-”

“...I SAID SHUT UP! CAN YOU LEAVE ME ALONE FOR ONE SECOND?!”

“LOOK AROUND IDIOT.”

“WHAT!?”

Shadow paused and looked around, eyes narrowing at a purple color through the leaves. She sighed and snapped, a knife appearing in her hand as she approached it. Dark One soon appeared next to her, holding a knife as well. She jerked back as the figure…grew? She cursed and stared up at it as it walked out, expression changing from terrified to puzzled. She was looking at…a giant galaxy colored peacock…wearing a mask…wha- she didn’t have time to speak before she was punted curvy- I mean- straight into a wall. She grunted as she felt a bone or two break, cursing again as she hovered her hands over the broken bones, doing a bit of silly magic to at least numb the pain they were causing her.. Her attention then turned to the figure, who was currently trying to deal with Dark One…who….was….trying to crawl into its mouth…I mean, it was 12 ft tall, and Dark One WAS very short…but still. She waved a hand and Dark One was yeeted away, and charged at it. Knives flew out of nowhere and impaled the creature, causing it to shriek in pain. She took the opportunity to climb onto its back, and a little something appeared in her hands. A little something called an AK-47. Bullets were fired towards the head, which caused the being to shrink. A lot. Down to like. And inch. Shadow was basically stomping on it. She managed to grab the little menace and held onto a leg. Until it started growing again. She yelped and yeeted it at a wall, a flamethrower replacing the AK-47.

“WHAT EVEN IS THIS THING?!”

The creature seemed to pause, stare at shadow, and cross its arms, about her size.

“Lay'uo'hue cre'in'uo'dob, li'we'es ar'hue'b're we'uo we'o'el'cre o'd'uo'hue'we es'uo'em're'uo'in're ar'li'je'lec'we li'in'ph'ar'uo'in'we uo'ph lay'uo'hue.”

Shadow narrowed her eyes at the creature.

“WHAT. THE-”

“Ah-ah-ah! Tier three swears mean you give me 30 dollars, remember?”

“..fine.”

The creature was now staring in confusion, which shadow was mimicking. They were both VERY confused. Until Shadow started torching it. It didn't like that.

Long story short, they both continued fighting each other until they were both pretty hurt. Until the creature spoke again.

“You speak English, yes? Why are you so intent on killing me, stranger?”

“I dunno space barf, maybe because YOU ATTACKED ME?”

“...Fair. Why don't we stop killing each other, and team up?”

“Nah, I don't team up with things that look like they came out of a galaxy's butthole.”

“And I don't normally team up with the humanoid forms of blackholes but here we are.”

“....Fine. whatever. But I have a goal and if you drag me down, space barf. You won't live another day.”

“Whatever, void turd.”

After the two finished insulting each other, they properly introduced themselves.

“I’m Astro, by the way.”

“What a weird name. I’m Ari- …Shadow. My name is Shadow.”
