To find these thylacoleo‘s, I flew around the red wood forest in “The Island” map (since it’s the map I’m currently playing on) with an argentavis and a pteranodon following us. And then when I spot one that I like, I whistle for my pteranodon to go there so that the thylacoleo can jump on her and NOT me.

Anyways, after the thylacoleo jumps down from the tree, I take my chance and SWOOP (Of course with an argentavis that has 10000+ health and can take a 150 thylacoleo ripping it to shreds.) and then I put it in my trap. (I did an argentavis trap which wasn’t the best choice (still worked), but next time I should do the door frame so one.)

The saddest thing about how I got the idea was loosing my second tame in my single player world. She was 150 when I tamed her. I thought Lydia was untouchable. We went through thick and thin, we killed alphas together, we tamed 4 argentavis’s together. Even an otter named Otty. But in the end I was just a careless and sellfish owner. With my favorite dino in mind, the thylacoleo, I was blinded.

But hey! On a good note I tamed a beautiful 140 deep red thylacoleo. Absolutely amazing, I’m in love with the colors on her! Can’t wait to breed her and have a imprinted thylacoleo that looks like her.
