By far the easiest way to tame this is using a tek stryder with the chest cannon. Use it to blast that mother right in its dome piece. Check torpor with HLNA, it took us ~5 shots to knock a 140 out cold. Feed kibble and done.

The most annoying part is chasing it around, but if you have a trap then easy peasy.
