I am, in fact, alive.

And would agree that this place is fading, near death already.

However, I also note that this has happened before, almost all of the earlier Fanfictioners were close to leaving (or were already gone) at roughly a few months before Shadow, Manticore and others first began showing up. I personally blame Discord and the arguments between Dilo and DTG, which split the fanfictioners into two factions and spread mistrust among us. While Discord was seen by some as a better alternative to our ancestral stronghold of D0D0DEX and began writing their stories exclusively there, spreading further salt over the wounds of those who were unable to or refused to get Discord.

After this, however. The Fanfictioners, a mainly new group, reappeared in the deserted halls of Silver Dye. Emerging from unseen refuges to take the places of their predecessors in the Dyes.

Even before this, many were lost, and at times the community was definitely beginning to tear at times.

All in all, however, I suspect that if even one thing is truly constant here, it's that no matter what happens, as long as there is a D0D0DEX and a few bored Players of Ark: Survival Evolved with a talent in creative writing, The Fanfictioner Community, or some semblance of it, at least, will never truly go out.

Well, if it matters, even if it does, It'll be remembered, and I myself at least, will likely never truly leave here, just linger on...
