In Aberration, they are super common on any body of water. To knock out simply build a trap near a river consisting on a single behemoth gate and a a semi circle of stone dino gates. Shoot the twerp from inside the trap and close the gate behind him and boom, he is trapped. From there just shoot at his face and remember to feed it raw FISH MEAT which works wonders.
