I see you have started subnautica, I’ll give you some tips so that you don’t get too confused on what to do.

1. Don’t go to the aurora (big crashed ship)

You do not want to go there until endgame, because you’ll find reaper leviathans. If you’ve never seen a reaper, and you get attacked by it, chances are your gonna be very, very scared. The back side has some reapers, but the front only has one or two, and when you go to the front of it when your almost finished, you shouldn’t be attacked by a reaper.

2. Don’t be scared to explore the kelp forest or red plateaus.

Kelp forest and red plateaus are safe biomes, with nothing scary. Kelp forest only has stalkers, which aren’t scary but they can be aggressive. Red plateaus has sandsharks, and to aggro them you have to go right up to them. This is also wheee you’ll see your first leviathan, the reef back. Don’t worry, it’s passive but might have an aggressive tiger plant on it, other than that it’s passive. It also has barnacles you can break on it to get copper and a few other resources like gold and silver.

3. Explore the kelp and red plateaus for wrecks to scan.

You should already have a scanner by now, so first off try to get a sea glide and a better oxygen tank. These will help greatly with exploring the red plateaus. Explore the red plateaus for your first vehicle, and a mobile vehicle bay.
