Local noob here! Finally tamed my first ichthys near the passive island the other day (on mobile). The waters around the area were infested with megalodons (as well as a basilosaurus in the islandโs bay) and I had to use my beloved pelagornis, Schmeargle, to lure the nearby megalodons to where I could shoot them to death with a crossbow. After that, I tamed a pair of ichthyosaurs, Ogloggle and Cough Medicine (names suggested by a friend). I swam to another spot on the island and the second I dismounted, an angry megalodon started attacking Ogloggle and Cough Medicine. They managed to kill the beast without any help from me or Schmeargle. I love these funky little dudes.
