The Hunter

Chapter two

James rushed through the forest, he was a lone hunter, but that doesnt mean he didn’t interact with the tribes, in fact, he did it a lot, just never in the best ways. He was currently being chased by members of the jungle tribe, and as far as he knew, they wanted to kill him. James checked his pocket, he still had the coins, good. Then he checked the satchel, still had the artifact, good.

“Will you guys ever give up!?” He shouted to the soldiers, they were still chasing him, holding pikes, definitely not a good sign.

“We will give up once you give us the artifact and the coins” one of them shouted back. James ignored him, he was getting close to a cliff, and it would be about time to do one of his favourite tricks.

“Stop! There’s nowhere to run, nowhere to hide (titanfall 2 reference, one of my favourite games, really good, would recommend if your fine with blowing people into a billion pieces on some occasions), you might as well give up and give us the artifact.”

“Stop? Give up? Never!” He yelled, “and there is one place to run, and that’s backwards” James backflipped off the cliff, and plummeted to the ground at top speed...
