Lolite wriggled a bit, but found he was bound with strong ropes.

"Hello?" He called out,

No reply, Goldenbeak and any other prisoners must be being kept elsewhere.

Even for rock drake eyes, it was too dark to see clearly,

Opening his mouth slightly, he let out several quick sonar pings,

His webbed ears, aided by the resonant properties of his primal crystals, uncovered a bit more about the surroundings and mysterious objects.

They seemed to be the frozen cadavers of a whole pack of megalodons,

'ok, that's most certainly very bad, where there are dead things being stored in the same manner as you, it means something's likely going to eat you' said the negative, nihilistic version of Lolite that lived in his brain.

'we'll manage to escape, if we can just get hold of the floor'

Retorted the optimistic, hopeful version.

'it doesn't matter what either of you say, if we don't concentrate, then some way or another we'll probably die'

Said the sensible, but rather annoying version.

'ok' and 'whatever. . .' muttered the other two involved.

Lolite heeded his positive side's advice and reached down, his claws just grazing the floor, an argument broke out between positive and negative again at this result.

Deciding to try a different idea, he swung from side to side.

Managing to grab one of the megalodons, causing it to seep some crimson blood onto the floor,

But before he could get any further, a group of six lightning wyverns carrying burning torches in their tails and all with faces painted in red stripes that looked to be made of fish blood walked in through a door,

"Escaping are you?" One of the wyverns said.
