Since in real life these guys ate almost anything I think you should be able to tame them with neura husks and vegetable seeds like savoroot seeds but eggs were still the most efficient taming food. Also make giga eggs too big and heavy for the oviraptor,so only like dodo eggs and dilo eggs and maybe trike or bary eggs usable for taming
