It's very easy to kill raptors, if one or two attack you it's easy to deal with, just use the balls, trap them and kill them with the spear, if you want to tame them, use the balls and hit them with a club or shoot a tranquilizer arrow and add meat raw in their inventory, if there is more you run to the nearest forest, they are fast but very easy to lose through the forest.
If you have a FCKNG problem and there is an alpha raptor close to where you live, then you stay tuned lol
1. As far as I know, you can't tame it, so don't even think about it, apart from the fact that they are psychopaths, they kill all the dinos that appear in front of them, so if there is a parasaur near your base and the alpha goes to attack it, the parasaur can attract it to you. near to you
2. It has at least 14k life, that is, you alone at a relatively low level can't even touch it
3. I recommend you keep all your items in a chest and keep luring it away from your base like a kamikaze defense, attract it, die, be reborn, lure it further away and die again. Just to get him away from me. (Balls don't work on this demon)
4. If you have a bow and tranquilizer, tame about 2 brontosaurus and put a target on the raptor, I killed an alpha like that.
5. If you manage to kill him, he will have some useful items in his inventory, and if you have a good pickaxe or even a stone one, it will work, collect his meat, 90% of the meat he gives is premium or idk the name, they spoil quickly so once you collect them, use them for whatever you want.
When I killed an alpha (my brontos) I collected his meat and saved the progress using the βmanage saved dataβ button at the beginning, then I went looking for where the Compso was, by the time I managed to find the meat it had already gone bad, so I restored the data which I saved to go back to where I had meat, and I went to the exact place where I had comps, I tamed about three (just one or two meats are enough to tame them), and I managed to tame a dimorphodon too, these two dinos can be placed on the shoulders.

More Raptor Taming & KO Tips
Here is a easy way to tame this creature
1. Get a few bolas (just in case you miss or a thereβs a pack)
2. Get meat
3. Find and bola raptor
4. Knock out with club/fists
5. Put meat in inventory
Boom! now you have a raptor!
First. Make a bola then make sure you have over fifteen pieces of meat
Second. Find the raptor you want
Third. Put the bola in you hand and walk carefully to the raptor
Fourth. Hit the raptor with the bola
Fifth. Make sure you punch in the back if you punch in the front he or she can bite
Sixth. Make sure to put the meat and the narcotic in the inventory
Then. Once you raptor wakes up name him or he
And. Make a saddle

Step 1= Bola raptor or climb on high rock

This is how to tame a raptor:
1- get a bola or craft one
2- get some meat
3- take atleast 5 narcotics for it to not wake up
4 - find one and bola it
5 - hit it with a club
6 - once you knock it out put the narcotics and meat in it
7- wait....
8-boom! A raptor!
Note: I recommend you first unlock tranq arrows, bow and arrows, since these guys do come in packs up to 2 to 5, I knocked mine out with tranq arrows, and it's also more effective.

This is how to tame a high level raptor
1- craft a wooden cage and put it then open the door and distract the raptor to get inside it
2- after trapping the raptor go to sleep so the hunger bar gets to zero and you can instant tame the raptor
3- after slepping start shooting the raptor with tranq or toxicant arrow until its knocked
4- feed the raptor prime raw meat ir just normal one (if you want the tame effectivens then use prime meat)
5- congrats you have a high level raptor if you found this tips goodβ€οΈπ
Hereβs a better chance and not much of a arrow waste use crossbow and shoot them at the head it makes it faster to make it asleep
Tame a few 150's, breed them, and you'll be Chris Pratt in no time.
YOU CANT TAME ALPHAS, NO MATTER THE SPECIES! I learned the hard way when a lvl 7 female alpha killed my lvl 20 pterry the pteranodon. UP FOR RESPECT FOR PTERRY AND SO NOOBS KNOW

A bola
Some meat
Club
Narcotics 2 or bio toxin
Just go to the raptor bola it
Then beat it with club
Give it meat
And narco or toxin
And boom you have a raptor
