Chapter twenty four
Dad?” Buddy asked in confusion. “EMBER! YOU MONSTER! YOU STOLE A FATHER AWAY FROM HIS SON! THEN TRIED TOO KILL THE MOTHER???? THEN KIDNAPPED THE SON???” Yang roared. “TAKE HIM AWAY!” Yang yelled at the Gigantapithecus standing at the door talking too Joe. The Gigantapithecus ran forward and seized Ember. Ember struggled against the Gigantapithecus but could not break free. As the Gigantapithecus was passing Buddy, Ember kicked him in the back. Buddy stumbled over and fell too the ground. Feeling the all too familiar pain in the back.

Buddy opened his eyes. He was standing in a large city square. The square was alive with excitement! Kids played, adults were shopping. That’s when Buddy noticed that the city was on the edge of a cliff! The cliff was shaped like an L the city was on the longer line and there was a waterfall on the shorter line! There was a bridge across the stream that led too the waterfall. And right in front of the bridge was a sign that read: Welcome To Cliffside City! (Home of the ‘What? Burger’) Right on the edge of the longer line was a house(a poorly built one) that sat on a small cantilever platform. Right across from the house was a small bakery. That had a sign saying: Swann bakery. Multiple people were lining up too order. Buddy turned too see a group of kids running up to the bakery. One pointed too a sign which said: Kids eat free. The child grinned evilly. Buddy shivered he walked up too the bakery too see the woman who was serving the food. She had light brown hair, blue eyes, black mascara around her eyes, a pair of blue jeans, and a white t-shirt. The woman had a name tag that said: Elizebeth Swann. Buddy cocked his head. “What woman has a name like that?” Buddy murmured. Buddy turned towards the cliff edge. But It wasn’t an cliff edge anymore. He was standing in Ember Black’s throne room again. “Buddy! Your awake!” Ben squealed. “Good news! We found out who you are! One of Ember’s highest officials spilled the beans! Your real name is, Sam Black! You married a woman named Janae Silverman. You changed your name too Traurig, and had three children. Unfortunately two of the children were deceased after the collapse of your home. And you weren’t actually in a coma for three- four years! It was just a trick Ember played on you!” Yang said happily. “I couldn’t help but notice the name… Sam Black? Wouldn’t that mean….” Dawn asked from nearby. “Yes… unfortunately you are Ember Black’s adopted brother… and the rightful heir too the throne.” Yang said slowly. “Buddy looked revolted! “I’m that sac of potato’s brother?” Buddy asked. “Adopted!” Ember called from across the room. “Well… look at the bright side, with you as the king, this kingdom won’t be as cruel!” Yang spoke up. “What a life this is going be!” Buddy thought.
Well I hope you liked my story! I know it was cheesy at some points, but hey look on the bright side: you should be lucky it even exists! Well I’m about too do a dungeon run so gotg!!!!

The tale of the shadow phoenixes
Chapter seven.
Although Cole and Leah hurried him, they were still late for dinner. “Where have you been?” Kate exclaimed worriedly. “And….WHAT have you been doing?” Leah and Cole were soaking wet from their expedition in the pond. Leah and Cole stepped inside the house with their mother. Their father was in the living room too. “Um, we were at the lake with our new friends.” Leah said sweetly. Their parents sighed in relief. “Thank goodness, we thought something might have happened to y’all.” Their father said. Kate brought them their plates and they ate while talking to their parents. Peter was upstairs reading. “So who are you guys’ new friends?” Nathan asked. “Arianna Black and Tom and James Riddle.” Leah said. *Plshh!*Nathan spat out his coffee at the mention of the Riddle boys. Jay glared at her husband. Nathan wiped his mouth and hurried off to grab a towel to wipe up the coffee on the floor. “Listen guys, we need you to keep a good distance away from the…Riddle family.” Kate said. “Why?” Cole asked. Nathan walked back in. “Because… the Riddle family is…different. They don’t even live here and they are a very strange family that we should stay away from.” Nathan said. “What do you mean?! The Riddle’s are nice?” Cole blurted. “Yes, but all we’re saying is you need to keep your distance.” Kate said. Leah frowned and she and Cole exchanged looks. “Now get finished eating and head to bed.”
Cole lay in bed that night. What did his parents mean? They didn’t seem strange to him. Sure they were a bit different compared to other people but nothing was wrong with them. Or was there?
Sorry this chapter was short. I was busy.

The Obelisk
-Chapter 30-
The carnivores stared down at the object. Rust held it carefully in his talons, keeping his head reared back at a length from the thing.
Needles paced back and forth behind them, shooting occasional glances at the object, muttering to himself.
“What is it?” Crimson asked.
The object looked ordinary. It looked like a placid piece of rock or metal, slightly sphere-shaped and scraped on the sides. It sat nonthreatningly in Rusts talons like any stone.
Except it wasn’t a dull grey or black like a normal stone. It glowed, bright green light emitting from its core, shining brightly against Rusts metallic orange-blue.
“I have no idea.” Forest said. “Maybe some kind of space rock?”
“Space?” Rust echoed nervously. “Like, outer space? This could be an a l i e n rock?”
He stood up.
“Or it’s just an new type of ore,” Spark said.
“Or not,” Rust said.
“What do you think it gonna do, explode?” Crimson asked Rust.
He shot her a look that said, “you know perfectly well i believe that’s a possibility.”
“No, it’s no ore,” Needles interjected. He was holding a smaller, more new looking scroll on his claws, reading it intently. “Forest is right about one thing, it’s not from down here.”
“Where did it come from?” Spark asked.
Needles gestured for them to follow and turned toward a tall hill covered in trees. “Come see.”
Forest was the first one up. He hurried after the large Velanasaur, and the others came soon after.
As they reached the top of the hill, Forest saw it.
“What is THAT?” Crimson yelped.
Rust and Spark gasped.
“That is an Obelisk,” Needles answered. “And that stone is a piece of it.”
So when I was first doing it I wanted to tame a level one because I heard you needed a lot of narcotics or bio toxin and when the taming meter got to 90%...I RAN OUT OF NARCOTICS AND IT WOKE UP. Next time I brought a load of bio toxin...AND IT WOKE UP AGAIN. Next time I brought a 1100 bio toxin and I found a max level...BUT IT WOKE UP.(I gave up)
