For the people that ask if archaeopteryx can be tame in mobile, the answer is YES. However it seems like Bola or tranq it while archaeopteryx on the ground won't work but tranq it while it still on the tree seems would work. Also bring some narcs or bio toxins cuz their torpor drain a bit fast. I already tamed 2 earlier π

I see the Otter God, the Jerboa King and the Defender of Bulbdogs made an early move. Now I the Archaeopteryx Lord shall rise. So if you see one my birbs Naruto running away for you, DO NOT kill it instead be its friend, they are a great parachute and they are wholesome creatures to begin with. IS AN ARCHAEOPTERYX WORTH IT?

It is in my opinion cause itβs a very easy tame and good glider. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A PARACHUTE! These are very fun! However getting down from one is difficult,But otherwise get one very easy. Steps below
1. Get a bow and a tranq arrow
2. Get 1 narcotic 1-5 for levels
3. Kill a scorpion and get the chitin
4. Knock out and feed chitin
5. You have a living parachute
So now you what good it is, it has downsides as well:
Very hard to get down.
The place it is located is very hard and dangerous.
BUT. They can collect sap and other stuff.
Is it worth it? YES IT IS!
I forgot to mention this but it is found in the redwoods.

Archys actually eat chitin even after theyβve been tamed. Donβt make the same mistake I did and let it die of hunger trying to figure out what it eatsβ¦
Hi there! Just wanted to share a quick tip for mobile players!
So basically these birbs are kinda bugged on mobile so you can't shoot at them with tranqs whenever they're on trees. So I suggest y'all to simply wait for them to get on land and then shoot them (One tranq dart is enough, normally), or you can just bola one then shoot it. Just keep in mind that you just CAN'T shoot them while they're on trees.

Standard bola, 2 tranq arrows and feed chitin

you need a bola to tame him/her, because when it see you, then it run to the trees.I mean on the trees.
People say its not on mobile tell that to my glider
It only eats chitin. Make sure to put chitin on them for food. Breeding also only takes chitin so make sure you have plenty.
