I just feed carrots when they are hungry, takes about 5 or so. Just go up, feed and step back fast, watch from a distance until they are showing hunger then feed again until tamed.
Easy to tame now.

I found a spot on the SE edge of the Volcnic biome that has am "island" with a tiny moat like spot. Any area on that edge of the map will work. The "island" is about 2x2 foundations and has a nice straight run path on one side and a small hill on the other.
Pull the Lava golem out of the volcano carefully to not bump the bottom of the skiff as then you will drop it under the map. the golem itself can dip under the terrain a bit however. You need to go out the largest crystal tunnel that leads to the big lava lake. and then fly over the lake to the south exit from the volcano. Once you Arrive put it down a ways away from the 'island'. Park the skiff behind the hill.
You need to have built a large hangman that you can grapple or dangle a spider just above the top of the golem's head. This will freeze the golem in place. Then just use a seige cannon on a Mek to K.O. it. You can build a metal trap using dino gates, but you end up with a golem punching them and have to time your shots.

If you encounter one while with a tribe mate, just bola the tribe mate and run

Trap it and tranq the frick out of that thing

I think im the first tip, the turret saddle will likely be very expensive 🙇‍♂️

If you have your menu out while taming, bugs will not spawn to kill you.

To breed them without lava enable mating and continuously hit them with wyvern fire Get this to the top I have 6 so far

I had a pteradon Named Tital wave. He is the best friend I have❤️. But it came to a end, He and I were flying around the we both ran into a sarcophagus that pull me off and ate him , I survived it. Please one prayer for Tidal wave

Dont need to put blood bags in any slot. They'll eat them straight from your inventory.

Be warned that multiple swarms will come an interupt your taming process knocking you loose an you'll fall an possibly die. So bring help.
