I once had a sarco named sock. we did everything together like killing and taiming spinos and rexs. Then one day I went to taim a high level therizino. I was nealy there when a 2 high level Raptors and a high level carno ambushed me from behind some rocks. The Raptors jumped on me and the carno kill sock because he was on passive for when I was taiming rex before. 😭😭😭

To fight these your self use Dilos a metal shield and a metal sword whenever you see it lure the others away by using a bow then send the dilos to attack it and when it attacks at you use the shield to protect your self then keep attacking it until its dead

These guys might honestly be the best beginner pet. They are a little hard to tame but it is so worth it. To begin, these are great defenders! I live in south zone so this keeps me safe from argys, sabertooths, dilos. They also are great stone collectors, they don’t even need a saddle to collect stone. Let it go on wander and it will collect stone for you and come back right before it gets encumbered.

This (according to the wiki) takes less damage in the head than the body. Might be wrong, but keep this in mind.

I found a lvl 145 event Phoenix during a super heat and decided I wanted to tame it so I waited for the super heat to stop and set up my trap. Little did I know it would take another 27 hours for a super heat to come again never again am I taming a Phoenix screw you ark.

APEX YOU NEED GENESIS!!!! It’s the most fun DLC because of all the missions. It changes ark so much in a way that ark needed changing- instead of just taking and fighting, there are all these little side missions that make the game more fun.
