Tips for writing:

Make the characters as close to normal as possible. This allows people to relate to them. They can have their quirks, but they aren’t super humans. They can get hurt and die.

Make sure that you include different genres. Not just fighting fighting fighting or no fighting at all or nothing else.

Use detail. Not just they went along the path. Add detail such as how the path was, what was the weather. You can use that to set a vivid picture and strong mood to what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen.

Finally, your story is unique to you. You wrote it, you chose it, and nobody can yell at you or tell you you are terrible. You want to write, so you write YOUR story, not someone else’s.

Most people put their stories in the story section in the creature sections. Some people do put there stories in the dyes, but that’s usually because it’s not about ark.

Each fanfictioner gets a dye (Although some prefer resources or saddles or something)

Sounds good HaziHeeler! Maybe the characters come across your Kapro at one of the obelisks, and then he starts following them around. Also, I think that, just for the purposes of the crossover, your tames teleport with you when you beat the overseer. None of the Explorer Notes authors even tried, and the devs did that because starting out on scorched with your Rex army is just to OP, so we’re not for sure if you can in ark lore. The teleporters to get to the boss arenas work on tames, so maybe? Also, I liked all of the first chapters to come out so far, and for Wrecker, I have an idea. Maybe Helgraf (Nerva’s army’s second-in-command, remember him?) says that they need more power if they are going to survive in scorched, so Tyrana feeds Wrecker element. Does that sound good?

Awesome thanks! I have a character ready.

His name is Kenya, and he’s a kaprosuchus (I think I spelled it right haha) who can speak to humans normally.

He was originally a ferocious, and was from my made up ARK, which is full of pollution and toxic stuff, which is how he swallowed element when he was young and can now speak.

The ARK was never supposed to be launched, therefore it’s full of nastiness.

He’s gray and dark purple, if you were wondering. XD

Also, Lava, I may have a solution for Wrecker.

What if when Kenya arrived, SE tried to remove the toxic element from his system by trying to drain it from him? While trying to remove it, some of the removed element could’ve run into a nearby pool of water, and before the ARK could get rid of it, Wrecker drank it.

I’m sure you could come up with better, but that’s just a thought! Thanks!

Not sure if you guys care about my opinion or not since I am not in the crossover, but it seems like it is a little weird to be like,”nerva is weak around water” so that a specific thing can kill him. To bring red into it and maybe to eliminate Goliath, have red and Goliath fight. A giant beast like Goliath fighting with a squid that is trying to drown him could make for an epic chapter. For nerva, I don’t know. Maybe something like walkers dream. Nerva lays waste to the entire ark to try and find Siyu and Christopher. As for Rockwell, in the explorer notes he is an intelligent man full of trickery and deceit. He should follow in his (father? Grandfather?)’s footsteps and do something like tricking nerva into doing something stupid. I hope you at least read this. Also, if you can, please wait to start the next one until like the beginning of June at the earliest just in case I can do it over the summer. I have a character and everything.
