The reason this kibble is on mobile is because switch is considered as mobile because of its size (I was confused too)

In the future, they may be releasing other maps on mobile then you can use this kibble on mobile in scorched earth / whatever map it spawns on, carboneymes kibble says it can tame the bronto and krakinos? So I’m pretty sure in the future, other maps will be added to ARK mobile.

there's absolutely no way of obtaining this because thorny dragons don't exist in ark mobile so it might be a leak to ark mobile's new update which is probably gonna add new maps
