So I ended up taming one, and an alpha raptor who would usually come over for "house rent" attacked my base, my tickle chicken then grabbed it and walked into the forest and came back out with meat, hide, and an alpha raptor hat.
Lesson: DON'T F*CK WITH THE TICKLE CHICKEN!
