Ten minutes later my tribemate is having to save me from two mosas, an alpha mosa, 50 anglers, 20 eels, 7 plesies all in one area

"IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! they hide in the reefs and I hit them if they happen to be by a pearl patch! :'( "

Nope, totally biting them on purpose hehehe

On ASA go to bottom left of the map all the way to world border corner for loads of pearls

As of the latest patch they collect pearls when you bite them.

Who thinks they should produce angler gel in their inventory over time like basilos and tusos

This is kind of horrific amd not the most humane thing, but here goes. You can get a few of these, breeds them, and kill the children for angler gel. Just saying 😶

Level up melee to collect more pearls. Level up speed to outswim creatures.

These spawn mostly at the deep sea in herbivore Island on mobile

They don't attack except provoked

I nearly got shocked to death by electric eel trying to tame these guys

Want infinite fuel?

1. Get yourself a simple underwater tame like a meg

2. Kill anglers for gel

3. Store and keep burning in standing torches or refinery

( STANDING AND WALL TORCHES BURN BLUE)

I collect this with a plesiosaur and can burn 700 metal with just 30. Lucky I collected 5000

People keep saying use angler gel for fuel, but that’s a waste. Use wood so you can then get charcoal for gunpowder, something that you constantly need.
